Did you know that NECALG offers grant assistance to help local residents cover the cost of dental work, eye exams, and glasses? Taking care of your health shouldn't be a financial burden, and we are here to help bridge the gap!

Income-qualified residents living in the following counties:
Logan
Morgan
Phillips
Sedgwick
Washington
Yuma

📋 Where to Pick Up an Application:
Participating dental and vision provider offices

HALO+ Community Outreach is thrilled to partner with the Fleming community to ensure no senior goes hungry. Neighbors Helping Neighbors is at the heart of everything we do.

Our new HALO+ SENIOR GROCERY BOX PROGRAM provides a reliable source of nutritious food, caring support, and a connection to your community, all with the dignity and respect you deserve.

The program includes TEFAP (The Emergency Food Assistance Program) to provide even more high-quality resources.

✅ WHEN: Every 2nd Tuesday of each month! Our very first distribution is next week!

✅ WHERE: Details on pickup location will be provided upon sign-up.
