Happy EMS Week! Did you know every SCPFD Firefighter is dual certified as a Paramedic or EMT? They carry the same equipment you’ll find on an ambulance including an Advanced Monitor/Defibrillator.
The Zoll X-Series Advanced Monitor/Defibrillator is a portable defibrillator that’s rugged, compact and lightweight, making it ideal for use by your SCPFD Firefighter-Paramedics in the field. With remote view capabilities and real-time clinical feedback at the emergency scene, emergency personnel are able to manage patient care more effectively than ever before. The Zoll X Series Monitor/Defibrillator is designed to keep up with SCPFD’s fast pace and the progressive vision of pre-hospital care and features excellent pacing and monitoring capability.
