This is your notice informing you of your 2024 property value, exemptions you have applied for and your proposed property taxes (not including your special assessments (non-Ad Valorem taxes))

All notices will be mailed out by Aug 23rd.

Lee County Property Appraiser Visiting The Residents of Town of Fort Myers Beach, Florida
On Monday, January 29th, at 9AM, Lee County Property Appraiser Matt Caldwell and staff will be on site at the Fort Myers Beach Town Hall Trailers. They will be available to talk to Beach property owners, answer questions, get Hurricane Ian damage updates and take Homestead Exemption applications on Monday and Tuesday from 9 AM – 5 PM.
Also during the week Matt’s field staff will be driving and walking Beach neighborhoods to update property photos and property records as Beach residents rebuild.
