As we honor Dolly Parton and remember her remarkable life and legacy, her words feel especially meaningful. Through her music, philanthropy, and unwavering commitment to helping others, Dolly leaves behind a legacy that will continue to inspire generations.

Her Imagination Library has helped make the joy of reading accessible to children everywhere. Over the years, Junior Leagues have supported her work through partnerships with the program, helping bring free books to children in communities across the country.

Dolly’s example reminds us of the impact one person can make when they choose to leave something good behind. Her legacy of generosity, kindness, and service will live on.
