This page has gotten lots of rust on it in the last two years while we have been having "life issues." There have been a lot of view in the recent months and I would like to try and revitalize the page. This is still a very important issue and solution to problems we need solved. We know the power of the NRA and drug companies in our nations capital as they feel no need to hide in the shadows. The number of candidates who are making strides to keep big money out of their campaigns is growing and progress is slowly being made. Not even close to being enough yet, but compared to when we started the page, improvements have been made.

The new healthcare bill has revitalized my interest in getting money out of politics as much as we can. The lack of discussion regarding the tax cuts in the bill, except for the mention that they are there, is significant to me. No question asked by reporters to the administration or a politician as to why the tax cuts cant be part of the negotiating process, or why they are there to begin with. It is time to revitalize the conversation and take action where we can.

Occupy Wall Street is a movement that we all need to be a part of, whether it is by physically demonstrating or by providing those who are with the necessities to carry on the fight against corporate control of our country.
