Congratulations to Heights CareerTech Institute on the ribbon cutting for their new campus!

This milestone represents more than four years of planning and hard work coming to life, and it was an honor to celebrate alongside 150+ members of the community who came out to support this vision. A special shoutout to RG Architects PA for helping bring this vision to life!

With programs spanning HVAC, electrical, nursing, and more, this campus is set to play a meaningful role in developing our region's skilled workforce. We're excited for the students who will train and grow here in the years ahead. Well done to everyone who helped make this dream a reality!

We hit max capacity for our Collaborative Chamber Luncheon: Tourism Today & Tomorrow! 🌴

Over 200 members joined us at Sundial Beach Resort & Spa alongside the Sanibel Captiva Chamber of Commerce and the Florida Restaurant & Lodging Association to hear from Lee County Visitor & Convention Bureau's new Executive Director, Pamela Johnson.

Please join us in welcoming Summer Hammond as our new Events and Special Programs Manager! 🎉

Summer spent 18 months with the SanCap Chamber before stepping into this bigger role with GFMCC, so she's coming in with a real understanding of how our chambers work together. She's a Florida Gulf Coast University graduate with a degree in Entrepreneurship.

Summer will be leading the charge on our events and special programs, and we can't wait to see what she brings to the calendar this year.

Our quarterly nonprofit meeting took us to IMAG History & Science Center! 🔬 Members got out from behind their desks to explore the space and connect with fellow nonprofit leaders across SWFL.

Last week's Women in Business event, "Celebrate Yourself: Open Mic Night," was an evening of connection and storytelling with 75 registered attendees.

This group came out in full force for our ribbon cutting at the Collaboratory, celebrating the Greater Fort Myers & Sanibel-Captiva Chamber's new office space!

They show up consistently, at every event, volunteering their time to support fellow members and strengthen this organization.
