Can’t join in on the fun? You can still stop by and purchase a game card for future play and TWES PTA will receive 20% of the sales.

Only a few more days to purchase spirit wear and the school has decided to make things a bit more interesting with a little friendly COMPETITION!

The grade level with the most grade level shirts purchased(the tie die owl), wins a Popcorn Bar with all the best toppings for EVERY classroom in that grade!

⏰ Deadline: T-shirts will be tallied at the end of the day on August 28th.

How to Order:
Fill out the green form with your t-shirt sizes and send it to your child’s teacher.

Our TWES Spirit Packs are here! Spirit Packs make it easy to get your favorite TWES shirts and gear for the year while supporting your child’s grade level and the Rock Your School fundraisers.

Important note: This is NOT a PTA fundraiser or a whole-school fundraiser. Proceeds from Spirit Packs go toward supporting the participating grade level activities and Rock Your School initiatives.

Amistad ACTIVATE! The House of Friendship invites you to attend the Dave & Buster’s Family Fun Night in just 2 days (8/27). Meet up with fellow TWES families for a night of fun while connecting with other families.

The Giving Closet is in need of some items.

1) Pencil boxes
2) Lunch boxes
3) Lotion (to send home for students who may not have it in the home
4) Kleenex/tissues (small packs that could be kept in a backpack)

Last Friday, we hosted our annual PTA New Parent Breakfast, welcoming our newest TWES families and helping them learn the ins and outs of Tanglewood.
We covered everything from getting involved at school to hearing directly from our Principal and staff. And, of course, gave our seasoned TWES parents a chance to share their wisdom!
