Physical activity is the key to living a longer and healthier life. It helps improve sleep quality, mental health, and allows us to maintain strength and mobility. Yoga, stretching, walking, and water aerobics are all fantastic ways to get your blood pumping and body moving!

Today is Senior Health and Fitness Day! We're prioritizing both our physical and mental health by moving our bodies and getting outside. We'd love to hear about your favorite ways to move and how you prioritize well-being!

Our residents were all smiles during our Mardi Gras celebration today! The room was filled with festive spirit as everyone came together to celebrate. We had a wonderful time full of fun, colorful decorations, and great memories. 💜💚💛
