We're honored to recognize our new board member, Chief Tracy McMillion, a dedicated and inspiring leader in our community.

Chief McMillion has served as Fire Chief and Emergency Management Director for the Fort Myers Fire Department since 2019, building on a distinguished public service career that began in 1995. His leadership, commitment to excellence, and passion for serving others have earned him the nickname "The People's Chief." 🧑🏾‍🚒

Throughout his career, Chief McMillion has mentored future first responders, championed community engagement, and led with integrity, humility, and heart. His dedication to public service extends beyond his profession, reflecting a genuine desire to make a positive impact in the lives of others.
