Keeping up with the times….

Our deputies stayed busy this past weekend, responding to 62 calls for service across DeKalb County. On Saturday, July 25, Deputies answered 33 calls and Sunday, July 26, Deputies answered 29 calls.

Some of the incidents our deputies responded to included: trespassing, domestic violence, harassment, burglary alarms, helping other motorists and extra patrols and so many other calls for service.

Keeping up with the times…..

Our Deputies worked around the clock over Fourth of July weekend keeping our community safe.

Saturday July 4th, Deputies responded to 27 calls and on Sunday, July 5th, we responded to 41 calls, for a total of 68.

Those calls included domestic disturbances, traffic crashes, suspicious activity, welfare checks, animal complaints, reports, traffic stops, and other incidents requiring a deputy’s response.

Every call matters, whether it’s a life-threatening emergency or someone simply needing assistance. Our Deputies, Dispatchers, Correctional Officers, and staff continue serving our community around the clock because the safety of our citizens is always our top priority.

We also want to thank the citizens of DeKalb County for celebrating responsibly and helping make this holiday weekend a safer one for everyone.

Keeping up with the times….

Our officers stayed busy answering calls and serving our community over the weekend. Saturday brought 52 calls for service, followed by 26 calls on Sunday, for a total of 78 calls.

Incidents handled included vandalism complaints, domestic-related calls, welfare checks, motor vehicle crashes, traffic stops, report needed, extra patrol requests, and animal-related issues. No two shifts are ever the same, and our officers remained ready to respond wherever needed.
