Tonight was a very special night for two of our dispatchers. Amanda Mathews was awarded Communications Officer of the Year, and Laura Phillips was awarded Rookie of the Year. We are so very proud of them both.

Amanda is a previous winner of Rookie of the Year. She has continued to grow and develop into the dispatcher she is today, which was awarded tonight for her hard work.

Laura has been with our department for less than a year, and she consistently excels in her work.

They are two members of our team that is full of amazing dispatchers. Much thanks to the Supervisors of our 911 department who help train and mold our dispatchers like these two award winners.
