He just received a business license for the city of Rainsville so he is going to be going door to door in our city. Don’t be alarmed he is very friendly. He is selling educational tools like books, websites and apps for kids from toddler age up to high schoolers. This is a job that he is doing to pay off his college tuition back home in his country. He is from a small country called Latvia 🇱🇻 He will be driving a light blue Chevrolet Cruze. If you see him in the city give him a wave!"
