Today is World Hunger Day—a chance for us to reflect on food insecurity worldwide and in our communities.

Here on the Treasure Coast, 1 in 4 neighbors are experiencing food insecurity. A family member, friend, or co-worker may not know where their next meal is coming from.

With the help of our agency partners, volunteers, and community members like you, we're working to ensure our neighbors have access to the food, resources, and support they need to thrive.

Want to help us end hunger? Visit StopHunger.org/volunteer to get started.

56 seniors from John Paul II Catholic School joined us at our new facility, helping sort 6,300 pounds of non-food products for our neighbors in need. These amazing students traveled from South Carolina on a mission trip that began in North Florida and finished strong here in Fort Pierce. This marks the second year this group has volunteered with Treasure Coast Food Bank, and we hope they return again next year to serve alongside us.
