Coming up on Friday, June 5th: we'll be building solar-powered cars at Kids of Earth! From 3:30 4:30 pm, participants will get to assemble their very own solar racer, while learning about the science of solar power along the way! (Please note that while everyone is welcome to attend this program, we have a limited number of solar racer kits, which will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis!)

Kids of Earth is a student-led program focusing on the science of conservation and practical ways that kids can make an difference in their communities. This program will feature a new project on the first Friday of each month!

Our library is currently raffling off two beautiful quilts, and you have a chance to bring one of them home!

Made and donated by a generous library patron, these quilts are currently on display near our circulation desk. Tickets for the raffle are $1 each, and will be on sale at the library until July 3rd. All proceeds support the library!
