FY26 Closeout Guidance for Tuition and Credentialing Assistance

1. Tuition Assistance.
a. Soldiers can continue to submit TA requests until 2000 Eastern Daylight Time (EDT) 7 Sep 2026 through ArmyIgnitED for courses with start dates through 30 Sep 2026.
b. This does not impact TA Requests for courses starting on or after 1 October 2026 (FY27). Soldiers may continue to create TA Requests for courses beginning in FY27, 1 October 2026 and beyond, 60 – 7 days in advance of the term start date.

2. Credentialing Assistance.
a. Soldiers can continue to submit CA requests until 2000 Eastern Daylight Time (EDT) 6 Aug 2026 through ArmyIgnitED for courses or exams that have start dates up to 20 Sep 26.
b. Soldiers will not have the ability to submit FY26 CA requests through ArmyIgnitED for start dates from 21-30 Sep 26.
c. Soldiers must submit CA requests through ArmyIgnitED at least 45 days prior to the start date of the course or exam.
d. Guidance for FY 27 CA requests: Soldiers may submit CA requests through ArmyIgnitED beginning 14 Sep 2026 for courses or exams that start on or after 29 Oct 2026 (not to exceed 90 days from submission).
