This week we bid farewell to two outstanding Roughnecks.

SPC(P) Green, our Commo rep, was the driving force behind the company’s ability to train and operate effectively. From troubleshooting in garrison to keeping us connected in the field, she ensured communications were always mission-ready. We’re confident she’ll continue to excel with her next unit.

SFC Martinez set the standard as our 3rd Platoon Sergeant. He built a disciplined, motivated, and ready platoon and leaves behind a culture that strengthens the entire company. He helped this company grow from scratch and his impact cannot be overstated. We wish him nothing but continued success as he moves on to his next unit.

Thank you both for everything you’ve given to this company. Once a Roughneck, always a Roughneck!

🇳🇴 Norwegian Foot March Complete! 🇳🇴

Yesterday, 595th CEC-A hosted a Norwegian Foot March. Not only did the Roughneck formation show up strong but we were joined by many Soldiers from across the division.

We are proud of everyone who pushed through the miles and chose to spend their Saturday chasing their badge. Thank you to all volunteers who helped run this event and showed up to support 595th. Strong teams do hard things together!

595th CEC-A closed out the month with two high-impact training events that sharpened our ability to support the brigade fight.

💥 EQT V
595th CEC-A seized the opportunity to train with 1-18 IN and 2-70 AR during their Platoon Live Fire Exercises. Roughneck squads seamlessly integrated with and breached alongside multiple maneuver platoons. They continually refined tempo, communications, and combined-arms synchronization under live-fire conditions.

Last week, the Roughnecks returned from an exceptional Field Exercise that tested Engagement Area Development, Countermobility, Survivability, and Mobility operations at the Platoon level. Platoons planned and executed several complex missions in a realistic and demanding environment.

💥 M2 .50 Cal Range
Roughnecks refined their crew-served weapons skills, focusing on accuracy, fire control, and crew coordination in both mounted and dismounted roles.

🔥 Squad Live Fire Exercise (SQD LFX)
Squads executed complex live-fire lanes, demonstrating dismounted tactical proficiency, communication, and precision under stress.

⚒️ EQT III-IV
595th CEC-A completed Engineer Qualification Training III-IV. The Roughnecks executed realistic, scenario-based training on mobility, countermobility, and survivability operations.

🥊 Roughneck Fight Night 🥊

On Thursday, Roughnecks stepped into the ring for a 3-round boxing exhibition! 💪

We had an amazing turnout- friends and family got loud as fighters showcased their grit, resilience, and warrior spirit.

With help from 175th MRBC, we were able to hold over 10 bouts! Huge respect to all participants- it takes courage and heart to get in there and go three rounds.

Thank you to everyone who came to support and 175th MRBC for not only finding willing fighters, but offering to help at every turn.

We already have Roughnecks 🔥🆙 to jump in the next one!
