This week, the Warbirds soared high, once again. The Soldiers continue to prove that excellence attributed to a single act is birthed by the habits and discipline of an individual or team.

While preparing for a training exercise in this short week, we started with a strong showing at the AFT. Our Soldiers demonstrated the physical readiness that defines our formation. 1LT Ewalt led the charge, posting an unheard of 1:17 in the Sprint-Drag-Carry, showcasing both speed and power. Not to be outdone, SPC Madrigal joined 1LT Ewalt as they both broke through the elite 480/500 point barrier, solidifying themselves among the company’s top performers.

These achievements represent more than numbers, they reflect an individual foundation of discipline , commitment to standards, and the Warbird spirit that refuses to settle for average 🦅

On Friday PFC Rosas continued the streak of excellence by earning the title of BN Soldier of the Month!

The Warbirds closed out Friday with the long overdue lateral promotion for CPL Soto and the promotion w/waiver for now, SPC Morales!

Congratulations to the whole team! Keep executing.

Above the Best!

End of week close out going into the long weekend!Presenting the official Reliable newborn certification to SGT Bailey. Help welcome his son, an honorary Warbird, to Reliable family!

Also, had the privilege to present promotion certificates to our teammates that were on leave at the time of their promotions to Specialist!

Lastly, had the opportunity to bid farewell to a team member on the 4-day. SGT Lud has transitioned to his civilian job but made time to meet with us. We appreciate the hard work and dedication while assigned to the unit! Wishing him the best!

Physical training is more than just sweating, it’s about building resilience, readiness, and longevity. Training the right way matters just as much as training hard. That’s why our H2F trainers are by our Soldiers’ side, ensuring every rep, set, and drill is performed correctly and effectively. We don’t just train, we train to win, safely and sustainably. Farewell to our first trainer, John (civilian pictured).
