On Friday, Archangels Battery held its change of command ceremony. We're grateful to CPT King for his dedication and service to Archangel Battery and 1-5 FA, and we wish him and his family all the best as they begin their next chapter.

We are also excited to welcome CPT Rice and his family as he steps into command. We're confident in his leadership and look forward to his contributions.

Maintaining healthy habits in all these dimensions of life is essential to personal readiness.

Recently, soldiers from 1-5FA’s Ready Reserve participated in a 4.7-mile hike and engaged in discussions about the social pillar, which focuses on nurturing meaningful connections and cultivating effective communication.

Last week, 1-5 FA held a Town Hall where Soldiers and their families gained valuable insight into the country’s where the unit may be training. Attendees also received helpful resources and support information in preparation for the EUCOM rotation.

On Friday night, Hamilton's Own got together and held our Hail and Farewell ceremony where we had the opportunity to welcome the new members of the Battalion and say our goodbyes to the ones that are leaving. Although we are saddened with their departures, 1-5 will forever be grateful for all they have done for the organization.

Today, 1-5 FA kicked off the 1ID Year of the Warrior with a Division run. Hamilton's Own Soldiers completed a 4 mile run around Custer Hill, calling cadence and building esprit de corps throughout the formation. No mission too difficult, no sacrifice too great!
