💰Initial Term Soldier Incentive💰
Soldiers serving on an initial term of active Federal military service, or Soldiers who have previously served less than 180 cumulative days on active duty as a member of the Armed Forces are authorized to reenlist for a tier 99 SRB ( a.k.a. $5,000!!!!!)
🔥75th BDE College Incentive🔥
A Soldier who reenlists for 3 or more years for Stabilization is allowed to utilize the BDE College Incentive. Soldier is allowed to go to school part time while still maintaining their role in the Army. They go to school for up to 12 college credits or 1 year of schooling (which ever comes first). Soldier, BTRY Commander, and 1SG put into writing how the Soldier will go to school. Soldier must present their BC and 1SG their plan for school. How many classes, which college, in person vs online, etc. Soldier will still be required to work their job, do PT, or do a UA if required. Once Soldier and Leadership agree on college plan, all parties sign the document stating the plan. Soldier has 60 days from reenlistment date to inform Leadership of their plan to go to school.
