Chief Warrant Officer Five Mitchell C. Brown was born in Eastland, Texas, in August 1972. He entered the Army from Plano, Texas, in July 1992. CW5 Brown attended Basic Combat Training at Fort Jackson, South Carolina, followed by Advanced Individual Training as a Multi-Channel System Operator at Fort Gordon, Georgia. His civilian education includes an associate’s degree in applied science technical studies from Excelsior College. CW5 Brown is currently assigned as the sixth Chief Warrant Officer of the Air Defense Artillery Branch (CWOB). He has been married 28 years to the former Samantha Stephens of Plano, Texas.
