Ming-Na is well-known for providing the speaking voice of Fa Mulan in Disney's 1998 animated feature film, "Mulan". She also portrayed Agent Melinda May in the ABC/Marvel (owned by Disney) TV series "Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D." and currently plays Fennec Shand in the Disney+ series, "The Mandalorian," "Star Wars: The Bad Batch" and "The Book of Boba Fett." Her resume also includes other Disney appearances as June Woo in "The Joy Luck Club," Dr. Hirano and Teenage Ginger Hirano in the animated series "Phineas and Ferb," Savannah in "Milo Murphy's Law," Vega in "Sofia the First" and as Phyla-Vell in "Guardians of the Galaxy."
