The Arkansas Air National Guard provides trained, ready, and globally-deployable Airmen, defends the homeland, and serves the State and local community. The Arkansas Air National Guard operates under the authority of the Adjutant General and the Governor of Arkansas. Its primary functions include air mobility training, intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance, targeting, cyber operations, com
bat communications, and combat support. The Arkansas Air National Guard also provides support for state emergencies, such as natural disasters, civil disturbances, and search and rescue operations. The Arkansas Air National Guard is comprised of over 2,000 personnel and operates out of Ebbing Air National Guard Base, in Fort Smith, Little Rock Air Force Base, in Jacksonville, and Robinson Maneuver Training Center, in North Little Rock. The Arkansas Air National Guard supports the National Defense Strategy by providing ready, relevant, and reliable Airmen who seamlessly integrate into all United States Air Force missions.
