82nd Remembrance of D-Day 🇺🇸

Today, we honor the courage, sacrifice, and unwavering determination of the Allied forces who stormed the beaches of Normandy on June 6, 1944. Their actions on D-Day changed the course of history and secured the freedoms we continue to cherish today.

As we mark the 82nd anniversary of D-Day, we remember the Soldiers, Sailors, Airmen, and Marines who answered the call without hesitation. Many gave everything so future generations could live in a world free from tyranny.

Their legacy reminds us that courage is not the absence of fear—it’s the willingness to move forward despite it, in service to something greater than ourselves.

Last Thursday, Fort Smith Army Future Soldiers ⭐️ and Navy Future Sailors ⚓️ played a friendly match of Army vs Navy flag football 🏈

We had an outstanding turnout from both the Army and Navy future enlistees, recruiters, and family members that came out to support! 🤩

While no trophy was awarded during this game, make sure to stay tuned for our next friendly sport match with the Navy in the summer! 🏆
