Best 300 BLK Setup
Uses the Alpha TARAC, an analog prismatic bullet drop compensator. Adapt any optic

“Little update for the 300 BLK adding the TASK mount along with the TACOM Alpha TARAC. I had an older Alpha TARAC and this design is far better. I really think it is the best setup for 300 BLK. You get a 40yd super zero, which I mathed out at about the MPBR for 300 BLK supers and 25 yard sub zero when you pop the prism up. No thinking, no holding over. Just prism up or down. And you also get an “extended range zero” at about 300-325 with supers and Alpha TARAC engaged” -

Thanks for posting

FTR: Use the same unit to boost 5.56, 6ARC, 6.5, or 7.62. Just download our cheat sheet for ranges. QR for quick access engraved on the unit too.

What is the optic in front of the EOTECH?
It’s the Alpha TARAC, an analog bullet drop compensator. It optimizes the trajectory arc for quick hits on a designated target size to eliminate holdover or range estimation. By creating a second zero, end users can rapidly switch from supers to subs - OR - efficiently engagement intermediate ranges.

Price comparable to red dots / pistol optics.

“100% runs cooler. Customer only wanted to shoot factory and it shot hole for hole. Definitely ran cooler.”

Our updates to the Structured order page been well received
Consensus is it’s much simpler
Think we finally nailed it

For those new to our page, Structured Barrels are a uniform large diameter blank with a series of holes drilled in parallel to the bore. The structure adds stiffness and surface area for heat dissipation.

and team head into the Rockies with Rob Furlong.

They test high-angle long range shooting against the farthest targets they’ve ever engaged with a precision rifle.

As it turned out, their chopper pilot got called to support fighting Canadian wildfires at the last minute. They had an unexpected overnight stay on the mountain, with all the challenges that come with drastically changing conditions.

This is a superb video that offers rare insight into our world and plane that will be familiar to only those having journeyed to such places and listened.

Thank you for taking us, the viewer, there.
