𝐐𝟑: I either retired in September but don’t have a CSA # yet or I am retiring in December, and I want to change benefits during open season. How can I submit documentation to ABC-C right now?
𝐀: mail us (add a tracker) a hard copy SF 2809 election form (https://www.opm.gov/forms/pdf_fill/sf2809.pdf) to us,
we'll add to your retirement package.

𝐐𝟒: I'm experiencing a Specific Issue, (e.g., it’s been three months past date of separation, received a notice of benefit termination) What should I do?
𝐀: 1. Submit a Benefits Inquiry: need to submit a 'Service Now' ticket. Go to our homepage (https://abc.chra.army.mil/abc) click 'Contact Us' scroll down to ‘Benefits Inquiry’ and fill out the form.
2. Please have patience: We know this is stressful, we are working through all the inquiries and packages. Please do not submit an inquiry just for status update
𝐐𝟔: Why are things taking so long?
𝐀: We are currently experiencing high volumes with double the number of retirements and benefit transactions from last year. We are dedicated to making sure that each and every request gets the care and attention that it deserves. We appreciate your patience! Some of you have already seen that progress
𝐐𝟕: What is the status of my retirement?
𝐀: September Retirements: We are down to the last 500 submitted packages, we are prioritizing, and you should hear something soon.
𝐀. All others, If you have an ORA application, you can see your status on your dashboard. If you submitted an older package and have no CAC, you will hear from us if there is an issue or when your package is completed.
