This week, Headhunters came together to volunteer their time with an animal rescue in Hinesville, GA dedicated to training service dogs for our nation’s veterans. It was an unforgettable start to summer!

Yesterday the Headhunter family bid farewell to Captain Shawn Bottoms, who concludes two successful years as Headhunter 6. He and Mrs. April Bottoms have had a profound impact on the Soliders and families of the 92nd Engineer Battalion headquarters and 514th Engineer Firefighting Detachment. We wish them all the best at their next assignment at Fort Leavenworth, Kansas!

The Headhunters have been busy all week and it culminated with a great Friday morning.

First, the company faced off against the Soldiers from Iron Horse FSC in a kickball game for PT.

Second, 1LT Jenny Bridges and SSG Stephen Grothe led the effort in the donation of non perishable foods, 40 blankets, and 59 pillows to the Liberty County Manna House.

HHC continues to find ways to find ways to make the battalion and local area better everyday.

🧹🧹Break out the brooms! HHC just swept the 92nd Engineer Battalion’s NCO and Soldier of the Month Boards.

SGT Nigel Venerable won the battalion’s NCO of the Month Board and SPC Merqui Manon won the battalion’s Soldier of the Month Board.

Proud of these Headhunters and the Survey Section for developing these young leaders.
