Members of The Marshes at Skidaway Island participated in the Come Meet Your Army tour and visited Winn Army Community Hospital on June 11 for a behind-the-scenes look at military medicine in action.

During their visit, guests toured the hospital, participating in a hands-on demonstration in Winn’s Simulation Lab, where they saw firsthand how realistic medical training helps prepare Soldiers and healthcare professionals for real-world medical emergencies. The demonstration highlighted how simulation education strengthens clinical skills, teamwork, and patient safety while helping maintain a ready medical force.

Thank you to the members of The Marshes at Skidaway Island for taking the time to learn more about the mission, people, and capabilities of Winn Army Community Hospital.
