Patient Notice: Help Stop the Spread

Due to an increase in respiratory illnesses, we are limiting foot traffic in our clinics and Emergency Department.

Come alone: Do not bring family or friends to your appointments or the ER.

One parent only: Children may be accompanied by one parent or guardian.

Visit only when necessary: Help us keep our waiting rooms clear for those who need urgent care.

Extra people increase the risk of spreading or catching a virus. To protect yourself and others, please only bring the patient being seen.

Thank you for helping us keep our facility safe.

Winn Army Community Hospital and Outlying Clinics

Holiday Hours

In accordance with updated federal guidance, outpatient services will observe the following closures:
• Wednesday, Dec. 24: Outpatient services will be closed due to an executive order.
• Thursday, Dec. 25: All outpatient services will be closed in observance of the federal holiday.
• Friday, Dec. 26: Outpatient services will be closed due to an executive order.

Inpatient services and the Winn Army Community Hospital Emergency Department remain open 24/7.

Patients with appointments scheduled for Dec. 24 or Dec. 26 will be contacted directly by clinic staff to reschedule.

To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please call the Central Appointment Line at 571-802-0394, available 7:15 a.m. to 4:45 p.m. Please cancel at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a no-show and allow the appointment to be made available to another patient.

The 6th Annual Flag Football Championship brings Winn Army Community Hospital and Naval Hospital Beaufort face-to-face in an epic Army vs. Navy battle.

Join us at Memorial Stadium in Savannah, Georgia, Saturday, Nov. 8, with vendors kicking off at 9 a.m. and the game starting at 11 a.m. This event is open to everyone—bring your family, your friends, and your voice to cheer on the action.

This isn’t just football—it’s a high-energy showcase of readiness, resilience, and teamwork. Every play is precise. Every move is bold. Every touchdown is a strike of power. Army and Navy medical warriors bring the same spirit they show on the field to their mission of keeping our warfighters strong.

Two forces. One stage. One chance to rise. Let’s light up the field and make this a game to remember.

Join us for a friendly showdown as Beaufort Naval Hospital takes on Winn Army Community Hospital in an exciting game of flag football!

📍 Memorial Stadium - Savannah, GA.

We’re accepting vendor packets starting next week! There are two types of vendor opportunities:

🛍️ Small Business Vendors – Sell your products and showcase your brand.

📄 Information Vendors – Share important services (ex: TRICARE, health programs, etc.)

We’re also looking for local high school support with cheerleaders and bands who want to perform, volunteer, show school spirit, and gain community service experience!
