Apache Troop, 5-7 CAV, 1ABCT, 3ID Readiness

Apache Troop spent a few days in the field this week going over drivers training. The Troop licensed all the new Soldiers both during day and night operations. While this occured, Apache Troop also executed concurrent training from small unit movement, optics, to setting up the HF Radio with Dipoles (as seen in the last photo).

'Till They're All Dead!

Apache Troop conducted Small Arms Ranges with the M4 and M17 qualification the past two week. The Troop also had Soldier qualify on the M2 and M240 machine guns, and the M320 Gr***de Launcher. Troopers also executed CBRN engagements and a Pistol Stress Shoot, pushing Apache Soldiers to be able to fight and win under pressure.

Apache Troop conducted a Ruck to Pond 10 to execute Sergeant Time Training. Soldiers got hands on training on the M2 Machine, M240 Machine Gun, M4 Rifle, M320 Gr***de Launcher, and M110 Sniper Rifle. Till They're All Dead!

PFC Tanner was Apaches Soldier of the month for the month of November. She was then selected as the Squadrons Soldier of the Month. LTC Roland, the Squadron Commander presented her a Squadron Coin for her great contributions to the team. Keep up the great work PFC Tanner. Till They're All Dead!

Congratulations to 1LT Israel Dixon (2nd from the right) on his promotion to 1LT. This is a big milestone in a young officer's career. 1LT Dixon is currently the platoon leader for White Platoon. We look forward seeing what he will do. Till They're All Dead!

Here are some photos of Apache Troopers cleaning their equipment earlier this week. This will ensure we keep our equipment organized and sterile as it goes to the port. Each day we are sending more people home, with the last push of Apache Soldiers being mid October!
