TSPLOST Town Halls/Public Forums

Peach County residents are invited to attend one of our upcoming TSPLOST Town Halls/Public Forums to learn more about the proposed Transportation Special Purpose Local Option Sales Tax (TSPLOST).

These meetings will provide an opportunity to learn more about the proposed transportation projects, how TSPLOST works, and what the renewal could mean for Peach County. Residents will also have an opportunity to ask questions, share feedback, and learn more about the proposed project list.

TSPLOST 2026 Information Series

Over the coming weeks, Peach County will be sharing factual information about the proposed Transportation Special Purpose Local Option Sales Tax (TSPLOST) renewal that will appear on the November 3, 2026 ballot.

Our goal is to help residents better understand:
- What TSPLOST is
- How transportation funds are used
- Proposed transportation projects
- How funds are distributed
- Frequently asked questions
- Election information and important dates

Throughout this process, we'll also share project highlights, maps, community meeting dates, and additional resources to help you stay informed.

The Peach County Board of Commissioners will hold its Work Session on Tuesday, September 1, at 5:00 p.m. at the Board of Commissioners Office, located at 213 Persons Street, Fort Valley, Georgia 31030.

The Regular Meeting will follow the next week on Tuesday, September 8, at 6:00 p.m.
