PUBLIC NOTICE:
The Peach County Tax Commissioner's Office will be closed Friday July 3rd, 2026 in observance of Fourth of July Normal Business hours will resume July 6th at 8am. If your birthday falls on July 3rd-July 5th there will be no late fees added to your registration if renewed by 5pm on July 6th.

During this closure you may also renew online at https://eservices.drives.ga.gov/_/ or at a Kroger store self service kiosk on Hwy 96 or Hartley Bridge Rd. Property tax payments can be made at https://www.peachcountytax.com/ .

As we celebrate our nation's independence thank you for your understanding and we wish everyone a safe and meaningful holiday.

The Peach County Tax Commissioner's Office will be closed Friday June 19th, 2026 in observance of Juneteenth. Normal Business hours will resume June 22nd at 8am. If your birthday falls on June 19th-21st there will be no late fees added to your registration if renewed by 5pm on June 22nd.

During this closure you may also renew online at https://eservices.drives.ga.gov/_/ or at a Kroger store self service kiosk on Hwy 96 or Hartley Bridge Rd. Property tax payments can be made at https://www.peachcountytax.com/ .

Our office is experiencing an internet outage. As a result, we are unable to process motor vehicle transactions, property tax payments nor receive phone calls. To find a tag renewal kiosk, please visit https://dds.georgia.gov/locations/store-kiosk. For online motor vehicle services, please visit eservices.drives.ga.gov, and for property tax information/payments, please visit peachcountytax.com

UPDATE: This issue has been resolved

Our DRIVES (Motor Vehicle System) and GATCS (Property Tax System) server is currently down. We do not have an ETA on when this will be resolved. If you need to renew your tag, please visit our website https://eservices.drives.ga.gov/_/ or visit a self service kiosk at Kroger on Hwy 96 or Hartley Bridge to renew your registration. You may pay property tax at peachcountytax.com ALL title work will need to be processed in person once the system comes back up. For updates, please check our page or call us at 478 825 3161. Thank you for your patience and we apologize for the inconvenience.

If your birthday falls on May 23rd-25th there will be no late fees added to your registration if renewed by 5pm on May 26th.

Our Byron satellite location will be closed today May 14th, 2026. It will reopen on Tuesday May 19th, 2026 for normal business operations. As always our main office is located at 902 Campus Dr in Fort Valley and is open Monday through Friday from 8am through 5pm to assist you during this time. The DRIVES Motor Vehicle System will be unavailable on Saturday, May 9th from 1:00 pm to 9:00 pm for scheduled maintenance. During this time, e-Services, kiosks, and dealer services will also be unavailable.
