Our office has received multiple reports of a BLACK BEAR sighting along with 2 CUBS last night around the SHIPTON area. Please lock away any unoccupied trash bins, food, etc. to help prevent any animals from entering the properties. Please report any sightings to F&G or WRPD.

Starting 08/24/2026, ESHA will be conducting inspections on each tenants property and will include trash inspections, review of abandoned vehicles, and pets. If you have any abandoned vehicles that need to be removed, please contact ESHA as soon as possible.
