Join us this Sunday, August 16 for the last night of our Sunday Evening Concert Series (A Celebrate Summer Event) with The Large Flowerheads at Temple University Ambler!

Event takes place from 6:00 pm to 7:30 pm. Don't forget your lawn chairs and blankets! In the event of inclement weather, concerts will move inside the auditorium.

Babysitter's Training is Monday, August 24 from 9:00 am to 3:30 pm at the Upper Dublin Public Library for grades 6-8. This American Red Cross course provides current and future babysitters with confidence, competence and life skills. Learn to provide safe and responsible care to children. Practice basics such as diapering, feeding, first aid, safety and problem solving. Please bring a snack, lunch and a water bottle.

Registration for the Twilight 5K powered by LuLu Country Club on Wednesday, August 19 includes a complimentary dinner from 2streetsammies - your choice of a brisket cheesesteak, jerk chicken cheesesteak or fire roasted pepper caprese. Plus, enjoy a drink (ages 21+ only) from Ambler Beverage Exchange (one of our generous sponsors) and live music from Bob T. & The T-bones! We wanted to give a big shout out to some awesome folks from Newrez, who volunteered their time last week to help remove invasive bush honeysuckle from Rose Valley Preserve! Their efforts not only removed the nonnative honeysuckle but uncovered numerous native tree saplings that will be protected and given a better chance of survival. Their work will help improve the long-term health of this forest habitat and support native wildlife.

If you have a group that would like to volunteer with our parks, please reach out, we’d love to have you!
