Fire Truck Day at McMillen Park

A fire truck visit is always an exciting experience for kids! It gives them a chance to meet real firefighters, explore the truck up close, learn about fire safety, and even hear the sirens. Watching the flashing lights and seeing all the special equipment sparks curiosity and excitement while teaching important lessons about helping others and staying safe. We had such an amazing time with these young future ballers. Such a great group of kids. For 6 weeks they all learned the fundamentals of basketball and made new friendships with each other. Thanks to all the parents for allowing your children to be apart of a special group.

Young athletes brought the energy to the Tri-Star Basketball Skills Contest—showing off their dribbling, passing and shooting skills all day long.

From medals and trophies to big smiles and great memories, every participant had something to be proud of. Thanks to Boys & Girls Clubs of Fort Wayne and the Optimist Club of Fort Wayne for making this an extra special day.
