𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗿𝗼𝗮𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝘀𝗮𝗳𝗲𝘁𝘆 𝘀𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱𝗻’𝘁 𝗱𝗲𝗽𝗲𝗻𝗱 𝗼𝗻 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮 𝗿𝗶𝗱𝗲. It’s one thing to know help is available. It’s another to be able to reach it.

Through Hope Rides, a partnership with Uber and Alliance for HOPE International, One Safe Place is helping remove transportation barriers so victims and survivors can access services, resources and support when they need them.

We’re proud to be the first Texas site participating in this initiative and grateful to our partners for helping make those resources more accessible.

Because sometimes, something as simple as a ride can change the trajectory of a life.

One Safe Place will host three upcoming FWISD Community Listening Sessions, offering families, educators and community members an opportunity to share their perspectives with the Fort Worth ISD School Board.

The conversations will center around five guiding questions designed to gather feedback that will help inform the district’s goals, priorities and guardrails.

Hope looks different for everyone.

It can look like a child conquering a fear or discovering new strength at Camp HOPE TX. A survivor finding their voice, then helping another find theirs. A Ladder student building new skills and forging a path forward. A volunteer showing up for their community. A staff member or partner showing up every day, ready to help when someone walks through our doors.

These are the moments that make One Safe Place what it is.

Interns have the opportunity to build real-world skills while supporting survivors, children, and families in our community.

We’re excited to share that One Safe Place, in collaboration with our onsite partners The Net and Unbound Now, has been awarded grant funding to host a year-long leadership development cohort for nonprofit leaders across Tarrant County.

As onsite partners, this opportunity reflects the collaborative spirit at the heart of One Safe Place: learning from one another, growing together and strengthening the organizations our community relies on.

Because when Tarrant County nonprofits grow stronger, the people and families they serve benefit too.
