The U.S. Surgeon General has officially declared loneliness an epidemic.

Lacking social connection is as dangerous to your health as smoking up to 15 ci******es a day. It increases the risk of heart disease by 29%, stroke by 32%, and dementia by 50%.

We are the most digitally “connected” generation in history and somehow the most isolated.

The problem isn’t that people don’t want to connect. The problem is that nobody made it easy enough to actually do it.

Until now.

FOTR sends you a push alert when people near you are down to hang —right now, in real life, over the things you actually love. No swiping. No awkward DMs. No waiting for someone to plan something. Just real people, real moments, real connection.

Because your people are out there. They’re just waiting for an easy way to find you too.

Download the FOTR app at the link in my bio. Find your tribe. Show up. 🤝

As founders, we’re often in perpetual “action mode” always looking ahead, always chasing the next milestone.
But today, I’m hitting pause.
2026 has already been an incredible journey of building, learning, and growing. From late nights strategizing to exhilarating pitch competitions, from securing our patent to filming for our Amazon partnership, and every single soft launch moment in between-it’s been a whirlwind.
This video is a little “camera roll dump” of all the moments that make up the Fun on the Run Plus One story so far. It’s a celebration of the relentless dedication my team and I have poured into making FOTR a reality.
To my incredible team, our partners, and our early adopters: THANK YOU!! Your belief fuels our mission to connect people in real life.

This didn’t start as a business idea.
Fun On The Run Plus One started because I lived the problem first.
I had moments where I needed real connection and no clear way to find it.
Not likes. Not scrolling. Actual people.
In real life. In Real Time.
So I built what I wish existed.
This is the heart of Fun On The Run Plus One.

TCU and Braver Together pulled up for us in a real way. .entrepreneurship
Real talks. Real energy. Real commitment.
Students looked me straight in the eye like, “Yeah… we’re in.”
And that hit different.
FOTR just isn’t a quick spark it’s a slow burn… the kind that lasts forever.
The kind that grows steady, strong, and undeniable.
And what came out of this partnership?
Different level blessings:
Coca-Cola sponsorship. Community mentorship. Branding. Marketing. Networking. Funding. Strategic alignment.
TCU didn’t just show up they opened doors and forged partnerships that stay open.
Fun On The Run Plus One isn’t hype.
It’s intention.
It’s alignment.
It’s building something real, one connection at a time.
Big love to TCU for locking in with us.
This is what the right partnership looks like.

Y’all know that vibe… yeah you know that vibe 👀💌
The one you get from your favorite person, that text that hits different, makes you smile like only your person can?
Yeahhh… that’s the vibe. That’s what Fun On The Run plus one does for me.
FOTR isn’t just an app.
It’s the lifeline for fun.
The lifeline for connection.
The lifeline for finding your people instantly.
From no plans ➝ the best plans. One tap. PERIOD. ☝🏾✨
