Assistant DA Dylan Campbell spoke to law enforcement detectives about the practical applications of the newly strengthened Organized Retail Theft statute.
Campbell highlighted the successful prosecution of Winston Love, 28, who stole hundreds of sets of LEGOs. The jury sentenced Love to 45 years in prison for his crimes.
