“Fort Worth makes decisions. There is a level of alignment among the mayor’s office, City Council, city manager, city staff, and the private sector that is genuinely rare. That doesn’t mean everything is easy. It means that when you bring a thoughtful, serious proposal, you receive a thoughtful, serious response in a reasonable amount of time."
– Carl Anderson, Larkspur Capital Partners

We look forward to seeing the continue to take shape! The project recently won the top prize in its Real Estate Development & Reuse category for a city over 500,000 people in the 2026 International Economic Development Council (IEDC) Awards.

Fort Worth's Westside Village has won GOLD in its Real Estate Development & Reuse category for a city over 500,000 people in the 2026 International Economic Development Council (IEDC) Awards! 🎉

The $1.7 billion 37-acre mixed-use development is positioned to reshape a key section of the city, while mixing modern and traditional elements that stay rooted in Fort Worth's unique culture and identity. The project is expected to include retail, multifamily, a hotel, and more than 880,000 square feet of Class AA office – the city's largest delivery of new office space in a single project in the past 40+ years.

We're grateful to the teams at Larkspur Capital Partners and the Keystone Group, the board of TIF 17, and the Fort Worth Economic Development Partnership for their collaboration to make this project a reality.
