🧡 Quilt of Valor Service Project Update! 🧡

The excitement is building, and it's time to pick up your Quilt of Valor block kits!

Tarrant County 4-H is proud to partner with the Quilts of Valor Foundation to create a handmade quilt that will be presented to a deserving service member. Every block sewn is a small act of gratitude that becomes part of something truly meaningful.

If you have sewing experience, quilt block kits are now available for pickup at the Tarrant County Extension Office throughout September.

Please help us ensure as many youth as possible can participate by picking up a maximum of two kits at a time. Once you have completed and returned your blocks, you're welcome to pick up two more kits!

Don't know how to sew? We've got you covered!

Join us on October 4, 2026, from 2:00 PM to 4:30 PM at the Diamond Hill Community Center, where sewing assistance will be available for youth of all skill levels. This opportunity is open to all youth in grades K-12, and current 4-H membership is not required.

Together, we're honoring those who have served our nation, one stitch at a time.

For questions, contact Sanci Hall at [email protected] or 817-884-1945.
