Posts on this site, including (but not limited to) images, links, and comments left by readers, are their own and do not necessarily represent the positions, strategies or opinions of Trinity Metro.

Any customer wishing to obtain travel information, ask a question about a service, or express a concern about a recent experience while riding should do so through customer care at 817-215-8600. Representatives are available 5 a.m.-10 p.m. Monday through Friday, 8 a.m.-8 p.m. Saturday and 8 a.m.-5 p.m. Sunday.
