Big News! Congratulations to Fortuna Chamber of Commerce on being selected as the new operator of River Lodge Conference Center! We ask that clients please have patience while this transition is navigated carefully and thoughtfully with your events’ success in mind. In the meantime, Fortuna Parks and Recreation will continue to be your best contact for your reservations. We will keep you apprised as the transition progresses. Stay tuned!
The Fortuna Chamber of Commerce is honored and excited that the Fortuna City Council has selected our proposal to operate the River Lodge Conference Center.
We want to sincerely thank the Mayor and City Council for their confidence in our organization and our vision for River Lodge. Most importantly, we want to thank our community. The overwhelming support shown at last night's meeting was incredible. To everyone who attended, spoke on our behalf, submitted letters of support, or encouraged us throughout this process, thank you.
River Lodge is an important community asset, and we are excited to build upon its legacy. Our vision is to bring more events and visitors to Fortuna, create new opportunities for our local businesses, strengthen tourism, and ensure River Lodge continues to serve our community for years to come.
There is a lot of work ahead, and we are ready to get started.
