C501 participated in the FVFD open house on 10/12. We handed out sticker badges, had the kids in the ambulance, let them try on our Personal Protection Equipment and even quized them on the number to call in an emergency.

The crew even showed our support for Breast Cancer Awareness Month by wearing of shirts that support cancer research at the City of Hope!

CARE Ambulance is adding new equipment to better care for our patient's. The new Revel ventilator was just put into service. The Auto loader has been out on selected ambulance and we hope the it will be a company wide change.

We wish a speedy recovery to two of our EMTs where at the senseless tragedy in Las Vegas. Coby was shot in the arm and reportedly suffered a shattered humerus. Shannon was also injured during the incident. They both helped other patrons at the venue until they were treated and transported to the hospital. Our prayers are with you guys and wish you a speedy recovery.
