Fowler School District R4J Parent-Teacher Conferences are almost here!

Please help us reach our district-wide goal of 100% participation!

Parent-Teacher Conferences will be held at Fowler Elementary and Fowler Junior/Senior High School by appointment on Monday, September 14 & Wednesday, September 16, 2026. Attendance is limited to Parents/Guardians only; please do not bring younger siblings, etc. Appointment times are limited to 10 or 15 minutes, depending on the grade level and/or subject area & we appreciate your help keeping us on schedule!

Parents/Guardians of Elementary, Junior High, and High School students will select available appointment times through our website. You may schedule appointments with Homeroom Teachers, PE, Title I, Special Ed, and/or Subject Area Teachers.

To schedule your appointment(s) to visit Elementary Teachers, follow these steps:

Our District-Wide (K-12) Open House will be held on Monday, August 17, 6:30 to 7:30 pm.

Family members will be able to visit buildings and classrooms (Elementary, Junior High, and High School).

📣 ELEMENTARY FAMILIES — IMPORTANT FIRST DAY & MORNING DROP-OFF INFORMATION! 💜💛

As we get ready to welcome our Grizzlies back, please be aware of our NEW morning arrival procedures:

🚗 MORNING DROP-OFF: Students being dropped off by a parent/guardian, walking, or riding a bike/scooter will now enter through the Main Entrance of the Junior/Senior High School on the EAST side of the building.

➡️ Drop-off will occur ONLY in the EAST parking lot.
⏰ Students should NOT arrive before 7:40 a.m.

🍎 KINDERGARTEN FAMILIES — FIRST DAY ONLY: Kindergarten students may be dropped off outside the Kindergarten doors on the first day of school. When dropping off your child, please make sure you let Ms. Norton or Mrs. McFarland know how your child will be getting home that day.

🔔 FIRST DAY REMINDER: School will dismiss at 11:25 a.m.

🚙 AFTER-SCHOOL PICK-UP: Elementary students will be picked up at the Elementary Entrance.

We know the new arrival routine will take a little getting used to, and we appreciate everyone's patience and cooperation as we work to keep our students safe and traffic moving smoothly.

New Student Registration for Fowler Schools!

Any students (K-12) who will be new to Fowler R4J Schools in the 2026-27 school year are welcome to register at Fowler School District with Mrs. Kelly Wager. Please call (719-263-4224) or email ([email protected]) to schedule an appointment. Each new student will need their birth certificate, immunization records, and contact information. Incoming Kindergarten students MUST be at least 5 years old by August 1, 2026.

Students who completed last school year at Fowler Schools or attended Kindergarten Roundup in March do NOT need to register.

School starts Monday, August 17, 2026.

Getting Prepared for the 26-27 School Year!

As we prepare for the upcoming school year, we want to ensure we have the most accurate information possible. Please contact Mrs. Wager as soon as possible with enrollment updates, phone/address changes, to make lunch payments, etc. You can also update your contact information through the district’s webpage at www.fowler.k12.co.us, by selecting the ‘Family’ tab and the ‘Change of Information’ link.

Elementary School Supply lists are available on the Elementary webpage at https://elementary.fowler.k12.co.us/en-US.
Junior High and High School students should bring notebooks and pencils/pens on August 17. Teachers will share any specific requirements with students during class.

Welcome Back, Students & Parents!

We are very excited to begin the 2026-27 School Year and have everyone back in the buildings!

The school year begins with a Half-Day on Monday, August 17, beginning at 8:05 am (students dismissed at 11:25 am; buses depart at 11:30 am). The first Full-Day of school will be Tuesday, August 18 (8:05 am – 3:25 pm; buses depart at 3:30 pm). Several items will be sent home with students on the first day. Please return the forms that require your signature, including the Free & Reduced Meal Application, as soon as possible.
