The members of the department had an action packed summer season of FIFA World Cup & Gillette Stadium events. Outside of those major events, the shifts back at the station went as scheduled without any hiccups, from working overtime shifts, maintaining our monthly training schedule, being physically & mentally fit for ourselves & to respond to our communities needs, & responding to numerous 911 emergency calls. Lastly, making sure all of our new hires have the necessary information to be successful. We are truly proud of our department personnel.

Throughout the summer all groups trained on:
-Drafting operations
-Boat operations
-Charleston 9 Drill (Nine Hose Drill)
-Aerial Ladder Positioning/Operations
-First Alarm assignment drills (know your assignments)
-Flowing multiple master streams/pumping hydrant
-Difficult access to hydrants
-Medical Scenarios
-Foxborough Police Youth Academy (Fire/CPR Training)
-Touch-a-Truck events
