This October, the Framingham State University Police Department proudly joins our campus community and communities across the nation in recognizing Breast Cancer Awareness Month.
We stand in solidarity with breast cancer survivors, support those currently fighting this disease, and remember those whose lives have been impacted or lost to breast cancer. Breast cancer affects individuals, families, friends, and communities, and we are committed to helping raise awareness and encourage the importance of early detection.
Throughout the month, you will see FSU Police officers wearing pink patches and pink badges as a visible symbol of support, hope, and solidarity.
A special thank you to Chief Di Blasi, Deputy Chief Laughlin, and Dr. Nowak for helping spread awareness and showing their support for this important cause.
