The Caring Force Speaking out for Massachusetts' human services and the people they serve! It's a win-win for everybody, and it is long overdue.

The Caring Force, the first-ever broad-based grassroots advocacy movement for human services in Massachusetts. We are a community of advocates who care about supporting the social safety net that provides care to one-in-ten Massachusetts residents. We are the direct care staff, clients/consumers, nonprofit leaders, board members and volunteers, and family and friends who care about funding a stron

g human services system. The primary goal of The Caring Force is to create an environment in Massachusetts that protects our most vulnerable neighbors and creates a stronger economy with the pay, recognition, and respect our workers deserve.

A social worker at Bay Cove Human Services, Alyssa manages a human rights department overseeing more than 40 human rights officers and the investigation of allegations of abuse and neglect across the agency.
