Members of Station 5 had a late night walk in with a swollen finger. The ring unfortunately had to be cut of inorder to relieve the pressure and allow the swelling to go down. This is a very delicate and precise job that requires alot of training and practice before attempting on a live patient.

Your Local 1652 Framingham Firefighters responded to the report of an overturned tractor trailer truck this morning on the exit 117 ramp of the Ma Pike. Companies arrived on scene to find large amounts of diesel fuel leaking onto and running down the road. The driver self extricated and was checked out by paramedics. The ramp was closed for a few hours while the tow company safely removed and towed the wrecked truck away.

Group 4 members performing high rise training evolutions. They took some extra time to train and work with the 10 new hirers that just started their fire careers with Local 1652 Framingham Firefighters last week. Big thank you to TJX company for allowing us to use their property to conduct such training.
