On the eve of our May 31, 2026 convention in Framingham, this is just a reminder that our May 2025 convention voted to change the name of LAMA to the Liberty Alliance of Massachusetts.

A political culture of Liberty seeks friends, not enemies. The power of freedom is in the bringing together of diverse individuals who don’t need to agree on everything to collaborate and coexist harmoniously. We reject extremism as the fast track away from the peace and prosperity of a liberal, pluralistic, democratic republic.

A culture of freedom has no time for the politics of grievance, resentment, or retribution. Liberty is forward-looking. Settling old scores has always been the politics of losers.
