Beat the Heat at the Recovery Rally!

High temperatures are expected on Rally Day, Sept. 3. Help yourself and those around you stay safe by drinking plenty of water, wearing lightweight clothing and sunscreen, taking breaks in the shade, and using cooling tools when needed.

If you start feeling dizzy or weak, don’t wait—seek medical assistance.
