Due to unforeseen heating and water issues at the annex building the location of tomorrow’s (12/16/2025) Drainage Board meeting, including the I. Beabout reconstruction hearing has been changed. The meeting will be held at the Clinton County/Frankfort Airport, 3009 W State Road 28 in the new terminal building. Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

We were heartbroken to hear of Brett’s passing. Our thoughts and prayers are with his family, friends, and staff at Community Corrections.

We are heartbroken to announce the unexpected passing of our Director Brett Barton. Brett touched many lives both professionally and personally and he will be missed dearly. Please keep his family as well as our staff in your thoughts and prayers as we attempt to navigate this devastating loss.
